Notification Bar for Windows 7 Concept

    Well i was bored and i was thinking, "we should have a Notification center for windows" so i decided to start working on a concept and hopefully get a coder to help me with this project. [Blocked Image: http://i.imgur.com/aTvn9mj.png] I'm trying to decide between 3 styles.Top is kinda a Steam Metro style Icons Middle i rushed, I was thinking full out line and clear fillBottom is just regular stock icons. On the Top bar i can add Volume and settings and quick access to my computer and maybe CPU temp, stats, and etc. In Conclusion, what do you think, is it a good idea, and what direction should i take this?

    You're a little late, it's coming in Windows 10. This would be really difficult to do on previous versions too, as most applications wouldn't support these notifications.
