The decision to have two maps with the same stupid "here's a virtually unflankable bottleneck!" is something that gnaws at me and creates tremendous anger. Pls stop

You're half right, Eich and Hanamura. Volskaya is my favorite map in the game, it actually solves this problem well: yes, you've got the crazy choke, but you also have a window which many characters can access, you can go over the choke, through it, and you also have the side flank. I wish every map in the game had that amount of options (and we're not talking about that many options...)
I'm sort of fine with Hanamura being broken in that way, because it was the only map like that for a long time, but now there are two maps in the game with the same gimmick. Not a fan. They should do this with all that wasted space, but the hole doesn't actually have to be Hugh Mungus:

lol Volskaya gets the most hate in our mapcore games. More around cap point B than anything. Interesting that it's your favourite!

Ugh, Volskaya ?
I'd be fine playing nothing but Dorado. I'd be the equivalent of a d2-global on that map.
Map picker is #1 on my Overwatch wishlist.

Volskaya and Eichenwald have more in common than those maps with Hanamura. They have pretty open gates, with a flight/wall ride flank, plus the window. Hanamura's gate is a lot thinner than either of those two maps, and doesn't have a long flank that's completely out of sight like those two have. However, I feel like all this really does is give an extra disadvantage to disorganized teams, rather than necessarily making the map defense-sided. Because it makes it easier for the defense to accidentally coordinate, since they're paying attention to one door, the attacker team has to actually get its shit together just enough to attack in waves, as a whole team, instead of trickling into the meat grinder. If the defense team gets wiped, they're just as likely to start trickling back in, causing a lot of wasted deaths that are fruitless in protecting the point.

Man, I wish I had some cash to finally buy this game. Being broke sucks

Can't wait for my new house to finish so I don't have so many bills and I can finally buy everything on my long wishlist

-
Thought the problem would be finding the time to play @Sprony XD
Lot of effort for an event so short, if it was me I'd let people play for the whole first week of November.
-
The longer the event is the less compelled you are to buy loot boxes.

Sombra hero overview page with abilities.

Watched a stream from Blizzcon for a while, her "transposer" has a five second cooldown, which seems really short, but it has a long "cast" time as she physically throws it, and teleports to wherever it is when she presses the button, so I'm expecting to see lots of hilarious failed emergency Sombra escapes to two feet away in midair in the PTR.
Her ability to hack medkits seems incredibly powerful though, a huge shutdown for single healer teams and Tracer play. Not only does it prevent the enemy team from using that point for one minute, it also makes the medkit regenerate every five seconds instead of every thirty as normal. I'm betting that gets nerfed in some way before she goes live.
