I'd love to go back to CA personally, holding out for a Level Designer role that isn't lead though. Hopefully soon!

Lead position is good and all but why must they all be for console games? I only play PC anymore!

Seems pretty clear they just want to differentiate between multi-platform and the dedicated team they have for Total War…

Well some studios do build everything or big chunks in packages. Don't remember why I asked XD probably because of the desirable skills.

I'm attempting to apply but it keeps saying that there's an error occurring on the website. I guess I'll try again tomorrow in the evening ^^

I removed the weird/very hard to read formatting you had with your text, I don't think it was intentional

Sounds like an awesome place to work!

Why do they never post salary indications for the positions they offer at studios? It's really weird to me.

Because... it's a competitive market and they can manage to pay you less if you are modest? Seems to me they ask you most of the time how you were getting before or anyway how much you expect to make.

I think the games industry is a funny old business; from my experience, the only time you talk about salary is when you're drinking at the pub ;p

ha usually.. unless you're in testing, in which case you get asked is minimum wage ok? The amount went down a whole penny at the time I joined!

I have applied myself to the level design post, and just recently down for QA technician also (the level design role disappeared then reappeared).

Must be fun to work at CA. Shame I haven't worked on any AAA title yet.
