Hey guys, most of you have probably already seen the the map in the tests. I finally decided to release a version on the workshop (with its shiny new name)

You can view the workshop page here

Any comments or crits are more than welcome.

    Dude, congrats!

Super pumped about this map! After playtesting it, I can honestly say it's one of the better cs maps out there.

I hope it gets added to the next mission pack

Still not a fan of the police barricades in the basketball area. I really, really think that the court itself should be surrounded by a halfsized-wall that separates the stands from the court. Other than that, awesome stuff.

I looked into some solutions suggested about that Puddy, your one and a few others.

Problem is because the court is an instance, combined with the roof in the same instance, making even small adjustments to anything that effects the sides of the court would literally require adjusting large parts of the rest of the map. For example making the seats higher so its obviously inaccessible would require the roof to be slightly higher, making me have to edit all the exterior walls where the dome roof touches.

So although I am aware the current implementation of it isn't perfect, I decided to keep it as it is for the first release.

First off, this looks great. I like the layout and (4?) lanes it looks to have. Cannot wait to play!

On the barricades point, I agree with Puddy on this, but maybe not to the same degree.

The barricades look like they could be jumpable and the area behind them playable space. Readability when a player is crouched near the barricades might also be low. (Invisible walls using jumpable-height barricades in CS is always something that's bothered me though.)

Would it be possible to hang mesh gym partition screens or something from the roof to achieve the same effect? http://www.spaldingequipment.com/category.aspx?…ivider+Curtains I know this could potentially block the view of the bleachers, unfortunately. Just an idea.

Great work man, there is a lot of stuff there ! I just notice that a decal (is it?) isn't working well in the basketball area (I know it's details ^^ ): [Blocked Image: http://i.imgur.com/LYZAKid.jpg] >> When I go to the blue carpet, it disappears : [Blocked Image: http://i.imgur.com/dhMpwA2.jpg] And also I think you could put more fantasy / colors / lights in the kids area, it's a bit sad there.

I love how you handled the 'reflection' of the roof on the basketball court floor. Cubemaps are lame, right?

But really, great work, it came out terrific.

congrats with the map Skybex, it's really awesome I hope we'll be able to play this in an operation down the road.

I found some minor things you might want to take a look at:

invisible wall. This is not lined up (in both sides).

Wall is not clipped and some of the floor is missing. This area is not on the radar.

These walls seem so blank, compared to the rest of the map. You could maybe add a banner and/or a sign which points to the pool.

These are really minor things, that I found while checking out the map. Thought you wanted to know considered how much time and effort you have put into the map

Looks absolutely fantastic! Very original theme and it's been executed perfectly

I'm gonna check out this version when I find some more time.

Great work! Looks really cool and layout is simple but still interesting. Exactly what we need.

Should be added to next operation - especially since they didn't add Pakistan the last time (for reasons unknown)

Probably the best looking map on the workshop at the moment, if valve doesn't add this into the next operation I will lose my faith in them completely.

Sorry for late reply, been away for a bit.

Thanks for posting all the bugs, I'll get a new version out soonish with them all fixed.

@Moroes, I will attempt to make the kids section fit more, probably the weakest area theme wise in the map but easy to solve.
