Think japanese/korean temple... asia style. Floors, walls, whatever you like.
512 and upwards.
gogogo.

Im not really satisfied with this one, maybe i try another one later.
Edit: Made a new one

A temple floor, kind of the same style as this:

a bit more worn down though.
Would look nice with small reflections and bumpmap I guess:
Three small variations in colors and contrast.

Digging that floor.
if you think tatami is fluffy, you're sadly mistaken. Its not "soft" but its padded. I slept on it for like 1 week before.
This one is more of a photobased texture.
For use on stairs and areas around the surrounding yard maybe.

I'd use that for a courtyard.
a wall tex for a secret cellar or somethin' like this xD

On that las one Splitta, those things at the top look kinda strange.
Make them less "bumpy", keep the shape but remove the high contrast fibers.
Also the wooden thing in the middle and bottom look strange. It looks like they are behind the rest of the wood, but the lightning says something else.
Looks great Peri
Only the stone doesnt really match
i would such more like a cobble/ivy type..
I had a full wall to go with this but it wasn't working out the way I wanted it to so I scraped it.
Glass looks like crap so if anyone knows any cool ways of doing glass please let me know. ![]()

You could change the glass to marble or something and use it as a floor decoration? Thats what my initial thoughts of it where anyway
I like it though, nice job.
you'd create a glass SHADER nowadays...
I agree about using it as a little detail thing to put on a floor texture
Might be cool.
heheh shoulda checked this sub-forum earlier, have at least 60 more unique texes for this theme, these are just the 2 i have uploaded from my portfolio.

slicky wins
actually i really dont like the 2nd texture, i got lazy with the wood detailing for the base panel, you can see how i didnt bother to blend those layers together.
funny how when you are developing your skills, all the work you did 3 months ago is total crap, and the stuff you are doing at the moment pwns everything, only to have those opinions repeat again 3 months later.
