holy fuck a back injury the first day now I"m nauseous as hell and throwing up at work.

I remember when I used to love sick days for the day off. Now they are terrible inconveniences.

I can't take my meds because I can't take them on a empty stomach and even if I do I throw them up

Puddy, I wish you a speedy recovery mate. I also wish I had a solution for you but unfortunately I don't. Hats off for you though because you keep going. Whenever you feel low just use the Core to vent and I'm sure there are people here that can help in certain areas. At the very least you have an audience willing to listen to you. I know I will! Keep your head up!

AlexM: That sucks dude. I hope it's not too serious!

Also yeah puddy. I thought I might have had migraines in the past but they were definitely headaches. I never had anything that bad. Good luck with the treatment

Just got my acceptance letter. I'm transferring to a much better college for my next two years. I even qualified for the Honors College, which has special dorms and weekly group meetings of all the brainiacs.

Personally I'm happy I didn't go straight into school and enjoyed myself for a while.

I am currently home, currently hungover and about to sleep, and also my clothes are wet and smell like they've been in a smokehouse for a day and a half. This perfectly sums up my life.

Dad's in hospital due to huge abdomen pain, on the way there now. Sounds like he'll be OK but I was terrified for a little while — losing my parents is definitely one of my #1 fears in life, and I seriously feel for those who've been through it.

I know how you feel, lost lots of people and I only have my father left (the only family I still see as well). I hope he recovers soon. The best of luck to you and your parents!

Aaaaaand I'm a dad again... my second child was born this morning: a girl named Zoey. And dealing with a newborn while having a 2.5 years old kid running around all excited and tired is no more fun than what it sounds like.

Dude, having one is a momentous task. Two sounds like something that could make a grown man cry. Congrats and most of all, good luck!

Ages since I last posted here. Hello again all!

Finished an art test this week for a jr position at a really awesome studio so hoping I did good enough. Would also mean I can leave my awful retail job.

I went to an huge festival in holland yesterday. I did LSD for the first time, and damn, this shit is intense. I just met a random dutch guy who had lost his girlfriend in the festival, we drink a shitload of beers together, and he gave me half a pill of LSD, since it was my first time, it was clearly enough.

I had to wait like 40 mins, and then bam, your vision seems 25% more large, you sober up in 2 seconds, seems invincible, and you get better in everything, that's really impressive. If you want to do acid, the kind of festival I do is the best place for sure.

Anyway, pretty interesting experience, but i'm not going to do that again in my whole life, I can't even imagine how much damages it can makes to somebody who makes a bad trip, or worst, getting addicted to that kind of shit.

    LSD is completely nonaddictive

I never did LSD but I would never do it in a festival. I heard on the grapevine you can get a lot more from the experience if you do it at home with a sitter you trust Set and setting are the most important thing for a good experience.

~ but don't quote me on that and do your own research ~
