    The fifth is already fully booked, you can have the seventh though, if you want to.

    Ok, thanks. My map is playable. I just haven't that many optical details yet, but I wanted to concentrate on general things like gameplay and balancs first.


    That's totally fine, we also playtest blockouts. I just scheduled your playtest for 07.10.14 at 21 CEST so please make sure to send your map files until then, a link to the workshop is not accepted.

    I meant to ask for the 5th, I had to remake my post after the page refreshed on me and apparently I asked for the 2nd... *facepalm*


    I've been rushing tonight for the build for tomorrow which I guess isn't happening! What a kick in the teeth!

    Should the .nav file also be packed into the .bsp file?

    you can do so, but it's suggested to have the nav file seperated from the bsp to prevent problems.

    It crashed the maps before, I'm not sure if it is still the case.

    PSA:

    Automatic recordings of playtests do not work, the demos are always broken, unfortunately. This problem exists since 2012 and hasn't been fixed yet.

    What works though is manual recording from the server. This means, if you want your playtest to be recorded you have to request it.

    Thanks everyone for playtesting. I have written down as much as I could, but additional feed would help me very much.
    I am especialy unsure about the widened accelerator-tunnel, where I am not sure if it is too narrow, too wide, or just right.

    Also I would like to hear your opinion on the changes of bombspot B.


    As I would like to keep fast iterations going I would like to book a slot on the 12th.

    Playtesting sessions are scheduled on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays at 21:00 CEST. We playtest a maximum of 2 maps per playtest. For map creators:If you want your map tested, post in the thread and suggest a day that is suitable for you. If the above mentioned time isn't a good fit, let us know and we can probably work something out! Prior to the test you will have to send Roflzomglol one .bspfile, one .nav file and an optional .kv file. All custom content (models, materials, sounds, mapradar) needs to be packed into the bsp. For this, you can use Pakrat. He'll take care of the rest!

    Submissions can be considered accepted if they appear in the schedule, this can take up to 24 hours.
