Christopher Nolan‘s Interstellar

    Good but not great, felt the storyline kept jumping from one thing to the other haphazardly too much, it didn't gel like it did so well in Inception.Struggled to hear some of the dialogue as well, especially from Mcconaughey, too much muttering. Great effects and soundtrack though, as you'd expect with Nolan and the acting was pretty good.

    I agree with the story line having its bumps and whatnot as well as the difficulty hearing some of the dialog at times (though I have a sneaking suspicion that was intended.)


    Still had a blast watching it, there's a certain quality it has that I love.

    So I think we need to keep the spoiler for later until the others take their time to go watch it.


    The only feeling I want to share is that kind of feeling to watch a movie where you don't agree the beginning but then being so surprised with what happen at the end!


    Can wait to take my hands on the soundtrack.

    Saw it two nights ago with my wife. While we both really liked the acting and the concept my wife nodded off for a few minutes. (3 hour movie...she can sleep through anything.) Even though she stayed awake for almost all of it she still peppered me with questions about wtf was going on in this thing.


    While I really enjoyed the movie, explaining it made me realize Interstellar is kind of Inception to Inception, mainly due to the

    Alright, just watched it yesterday... I came out of the cinema with a sense of awe that I don't think I've ever felt before. I literally walked out thinking "This is the 2001 movie that kids of our generation will get to watch, what a fucking roller coaster ride"


    I just loved everything about it, down to the design of the ships, suits, etc. It all feels so real in a good way, but still leveled up. It's not overly sci-fie'd like most movies do with fancy screens and whatnot. It's the most grounded sci-fi I've ever watched since Alien, it feels everything they do could actually work and exist in real life, but it still feels cool to watch.


    I just... the fuck man, I'm lacking words to express how much I fucking loved this movie. I try to rewatch the movie in my mind and think about my favorite scenes and everything just ticks, everything just works, everything is just extremely well made.


    To those who haven't watched it yet, this might just be one of the those movies that marks a generation, so go watch it on imax 70m while you still have the chance, I beg you!
