however, the fact is that the situation in Iraq is worse than it was before the occupation.
Around Bagdad, yeah. Thats because of the constant carbombs, and the americans arent behind those. What about the other 90% of the country, the places where the genocides occurred on the marsh arabs and kurds for example.
The americans cant leave, so whats the point of your post. I thought we figured out over a year ago there were no WMD, get over it and be constructive
-
You really think that the situation in Iraq is only considered worse because of carbombs in Bagdad?
You think that the marsh arabs and kurds are way safer now then before the invasion because Saddam is gone?
Guess it was a good thing Iraq was invaded then RD?

foxnews/nightly news + nytimes for me

US estimations about the insurgents are ~20.000, external estimations are about 10 times higher.
The current "temporary" Iraqi premier now even speaks officially and in public about the consideration of a delay of the elections due to the terror.
I feel sorry for the guards and their families who get killed by the insurgents. The killing rate will definately be at a peek point on election day.
By invading Iraq the US really set off something there.

I dont care if it was good or bad, its just a matter of opinion. I dont like these guerillas and terrorists running Iraq tho
-
I don't like these guerillas and terrorists running Iraq either but you know what, thats just a matter of opinion, guess you pick the easy ones to care for eh?

Last time I checked, President Bush went to war on the grounds that there were Weapons of Mass Destruction in Iraq, not that they were checking for WMD. Thats what weapons inspectors are for.
I suppose this is all in the master plan of President Bush "securitzing" the world.
That was a quote from the movie "Team America", a conversation between Hans Blix and the North Korean dictator (for those who don't know the movie
)Oh, my mistake, didn't see the movie (yet).
Sorry

I dont pick the easy ones, the Iraqis do. If they want to live between carbombs then its fine by me, but right now not even the suicidebombers want to live like that

I'm a bit dense but I'll try to decipher what you posted;
You are not taking the easy one by not caring if the Iraq invasion was good or bad, but the Iraqis are.
The Iraqi population and even the suicide bombers don’t want to live like that but if they did it would be fine by you.
*meep meep wooosh*
Well you’re too clever for me cause your cho cho train of thoughts missed my station.

Although it was stupid to go into Iraq with not even enough evidence of WMD, it was still a step in the war on terror. Sort of. :-/
Also, uh I was wondering the other day. Why does suicide bombers somtimes target Iraqi civilians? Don't they want to target the US? Its the civilians fault that the US took over Iraq. Why should they pay the price? I just don't understand...

I dont think suicide bombers want to live at all. :-x

Yes, a step for the worse, and the London bombing only proofs that, the terrorists all around the world are even more pissed now than they were earlier, the fact that USA and it's faction of ouf of control military powers, spearheaded by some of the most idiotic men in the history of politicians and their inane decisions of locations to attack on their "war on terror" is just a proof that they are just targetting muslims and the terrorists counter it with targetting anything remotely western and christian.

You should consider thinking more about the word 'terrorist' and and less about 'rebel on the path on setting his people free from tyranny'.

No I mean like. ok.
Iraqi civilians were there before U.S. The terrorist dont want them to leave, just the U.S. I just don't see the point in terrorizing the people of Iraq when you'd think they'd target Americans. I don't know was just somthing I was pondering this.
Well the whole "War on Terror" started with 9/11 (For Bush anyway.) sort of.
Again I cant really say for I dont watch enough CNN or FOX.

Yeah, I know what you are meaning, and it just confuses me too, why attack other muslims to get to the US/Nato troops. But what I think it means, is basically, they are creating civil unrest to make it harder for US/Nato troops to seize and control an area, like how'd you control total anarchy? AND the another idiotic brainchild of some not so intelligent terrorist warmonger, thinks that all civilians living in IRAQ are "supporting" the invaders because they let them control the country and are not starting a rebellion, and actually submitting to the "rigged" election of the invading force. Or so certain Aljazeera news network can inform us, and frankly, Aljazeera has been the only thing anywhere near the truth during this whole time, which is kinda sad.

What 9/11 basically did, was it made the whole "War on Terror" a way for Bush to lauch for political rockstardom, and made a small CIA mission in to a global scale public circus. We should not forget that this whole "War on Terror" has been going for well over 20 years, and it was ran by CIA officials and it has had several campaigns through the globe during it's time.
