This must have been a really difficult game to create. You're basically just struggling to come up with sequentially weirder ideas. Where do you draw the line?
I remember watching this years ago (I think it was posted in EOT too), there's a ton of vids with very different outcomes and also different contestants, it's pretty hilarious. The game itself is, as far as I know, just a betting game so you don't have any interaction, it's just all random.

oh wait it's a real game? They have those HUGE horse racing games at the arcades in Japan but I never saw anything like that. If I did I would have gambled all my money away on ole stretchy naked twins.

They are both Japanese (the script in the shows is japanese and the second one is really famous) but oddly enough the titles on youtube for both of those videos is Korean.
