It's almost too ICO'ish, but when we can't have The Last Guardian...

... WHAT THE FUCK is with the camera constantly zooming out over the audience during footage being shown in this conference?????

Back on topic, I love the look of this. Evokes both Wind Waker and Journey.

Yeah the camera cutting to the audience is dumb.

    Looks nice though!

Incredible style, I love it. I'd much rather make games like this sorta style

I might very well be more looking forward to this than the BF's and CoD's of this world! That said, I am so excited about next gen! Both indies and AAA's are thriving! Amazing!

Love the art style; looks just like another platform-puzzler, hope they make a nice story and make it interesting.

Curious coincidence, the palette is very close to The Witness'.

Palette is similar. Looks like this has gameplay, though.

Looks like ICO/SOTC with witness shaders. Maybe is something in the ICO universe... i mean who owns the IP? it can be..... even the typography is similar.

It's not the same people, it's a spanish developer. This reminds me the Doom days where every new FPS was considered a Doom clone, lol. Who knows, a new genre might very well be in the making here, games like ICO, SOTC, Journey, etc.

My body is ready, this indystry needs new original stuff.

Well considering this is on a Sony system the idea that its actually intended to be part of the same world doesn't seem so far fetched. If it wasn't, then yeah I think it'd be fair to call this a clone or a rip-off. I mean the character has a shrowd around them with a lit torch fighting shadow monsters... come on now.

Is it just me, or does it look heavily influenced by Studio Ghibli? The music, the setting, the art style, the theme... Princess Mononoke/Totoro/Spirited Away-esque. When the music started up I thought it was this song from Totoro:

And the ghost guys towards the end of the trailer? (35 seconds in)

    Looks really cool.

Guess this thread is a billion years old but I finally got the game - on Switch. It's cool, I like the ambiance in it a lot! But I'm pretty disappointed in how poor the performance is in a lot of the open exteriors.

Still annoyed I wasn’t able to try it at EGX, queue in Xbox booth was unbearable.

Diesnt seem it received such good reviews (don’t trust when someone gives a 9 and another a 6).

Waiting to find it on a Steam sale for no more than 8 dineros. Still annoyed with Tequila Works not fixing Deadlight which had inaudible sequences. They even released a Directot’s cut version in 2016 that has even worse bugs like save system problems and didn’t fix those.
