McDonalds does real egg in Germany - the McMuffin Bacon & Egg is so much better with a real yoke. (and the reason, why I still need to go to the gym so damn often

I preffer BK over MC a lot and i hate breakfasts in MC, man only cheese toasts with bacon are eatable, anyways guys i'm always loling at ppl who freakout about fastfoods, man it's not gonna kill you when you approach it with smart head man

I've resolved to making omelettes with veggies and a sort of vegetable stew with a lot of chili/spice pretty much every day. I'm trying to keep my protein levels high while not eating meat at the moment.

that'd be some veggies + salmon, cod and king prawns (sauteed separately). I think the fish was too cooked, or just not fres enough (i'm not used and don't like buying everything out of packages :-/ )

You're lucky then. I've ended up cutting my carbs right down to bare minimum to get over a plateau. Seeing good results, but man, do I miss my carbs.

Whatch out for metabolism changes, it can happen between 20 and 30. I noticed it did for me around 25-27. Although I haven't inspected the matter thoroughly.
