If possible, is good to cut on caffeine as well. Not much of a problem for me because I always refused to get into the "need to wake up" circle.

The trainer that did my assessment said caffeine makes you thirsty, but I had reduced my intake of tea already months ago because of how powerful it is in colouring teeth. Since I've started gym I'm down to one cup every two-three days probably.

I cut out sugar of my diet. Two full weeks with immense head ache and tiredness followed by one week sick in the bed. I started eating mostly fruits (apples and bananas) for lunch and evening meals as well as cutting out products with high amounts of sugar like strawberry jam etc. And I quickly lost 10kg!!

But the best part is that I have all this energy. Before, when I came home from work I was dead tired and just wanted to sleep an hour on the couch after dinner. But now I can run around and play with my kid which is awesome!

Well, I followed Knj his suggestion and wrote down everything I ate last week. I decided to do what I normally do, so no diet. I wanted to know what my average intake was. After I calculated this (long live apps) it scared the shit out of me. Looking at those numbers (which I won't post) it became really clear that I have a problem and if I'm not going to do something about it, I will become an American.

So I started to change my eating habits last Monday. No specific diet but just trying to cut down first. My junk food and sugar intake has decreased by about 90%. Also, I've been riding 10 km on the home trainer everyday (about 250 kcal). It's a start I guess.

I'm not one to talk sitting here 01am but sleep is a pretty big thing too. Especially if you want your hormones to work towards your gainz.

I've moved up to supersetting and involving a lot more drop sets into my routine for the past couple of weeks and I'm sure as hell feeling it.

this is a lot of fun. main issue with this i had is adrenals. you can go like a beast for a few months, maybe even a year, but you will be tanking yourself long term. Eventually your adrenal system just says "nah"

If I dropped a picture in here you wouldn't be saying that. And besides, it's not a long term tool that I will be using, I know the deal.

Another leg day, went heavy with deadlifts and squats. I'm gonna be walking like an old man tomorrow.
