Just started taking a new preworkout supplement, my face tingles.
Going to the gym is like a korean MMORPG

Oh yes, you remind me I wanted to ask about this. I see several guys having a shake immediately after workout.
How does it work?
I thought you would drink either before or after :$

Either before or after is good, the point is to supply protein to the muscles as soon as possible after a workout to maximize gains. You'd usually take creatine or a small amount of carbs before the workout then finish with a shake for optimal gains.

As soon as you finish your wourkout you should take some carbs (like fruit) and about 30-60 min after take that protein shake, and after that a big fucking dinner

as for preworkout IMO it's a waste of money, just drink strong coffe if you need a boost

As for protein powder I use whey protein concentrate, and to be honest as Dux posted Gold Standard Is great but fucking cost a lot

Nutrient timing is a huge source of debate -- some people swear by it but others have gotten results by just sticking to their macros and eating things whenever it fits their schedule. I personally still use the 30 min PWO window for whey intake, but I'm pretty sure it doesn't matter. I usually also eat PWO not necessarily because someone preached to me it was a good idea, but because I'm really hungry. Creatine can be taken whenever. Timing on that isn't really relevant.
Pre-workouts are up to you. I used some for a while but eventually you have to cycle off so your body returns to some level of normalcy before you go back on it again. When I took pre I felt great, but when I cycled off I felt terrible and weak, so I just stopped taking them altogether and relied on nutrition and rest for getting ready to lift. But to each his own.

I've heard that taking vitamin C after a workout is bad because it blocks gains from the increased insulin sensitivity. Because of this I've been trying not to eat vitamin C until 30 mins after my workouts because of this. Anyone else heard about this?
Anyways I'm now down 30lb since Jan 3rd 2014. I was initially trying to lose 60 (250 -> 190) but then realized 190 might be too skinny for me. So the new goal is 210 with little extra fat.

Sounds like a load of balls to me. The whole "intake this after x amount of time" is rubbish in my opinion.

Dux made me come here. So I'll follow this topic, watch and learn. No gym membership for me, no weighing, no measuring, nothing like that. I've got a hometrainer here and I'll pick up on eating tips here as well. Let's start with that.

All this "gain" means mass one would want to gain, right?

The trainer that did our assessment investigated the quantity of caffeine cups we have in a day, remarking that the more caffeine, the more thirsty you get... so I think it's much better to avoid such thing.I drink no more than 3 caffeine teas in a day, but it's usually 1-2 per day.

Does anybody know if consuming alcohol can increase sweating (during the activity)?
A couple weeks ago I noticed I was sweating more than usual and the night before I had 2-3 glasses of (white) wine.
Last night I also had several drinks (wine+rum & coke) and I woke up in bed completely wet I had to put a towel in my bed :-|
