    edit: Still fun, except for heatwave. Too small, bad readability, too maze-like, too much verticalility, endless deaths from behind and just a complete lack of flow IMO. Thankfully Infernal is great.

    I've alt f4'd so many times because of certain rage inducing mechanics that I think I broke my keyboard :( Why won't you let me love you Doom beta?

    I'm confused, are reviewers just getting normal collector editions like the ones everybody else can buy. Or do they get "special" ones that nobody else get.

    But yeah, it feels a little bit like bribe for better reviews :D

    In like 90% of the time you simply get keys and nothing more. Console games are different. You actually get a regular physical copy unless it's digital only. Sometimes you get the steelcase version or something else. In some case you get these really cool press kits.

    The Doom Collector's Edition is a reward from EG for my work. So no, journalist do not get CE's :)

    The DLC is making this sound more and more like Call of Doom. No thanks. :(

    It just so happens that I'm organizing a LAN that weekend. Perfect timing :)

    But the season pass thing is just such a dumb move. A lot of people dislike it. But regardless of that, it fragments the community. Plus, that price is ridiculous. Seriously, 15 euros for a couple of maps, a demon and some cosmetic stuff? Even Activision gives you more value for that money with COD and Destiny and those games are basically build to drain your wallet with minimal effort.

    Why Bethesda? Why? You were ticking all the right boxes until now.
