Some nice detailing in the CT spawn

The routes flow straight to the hostages, which is nice. I never had a problem finding them.

    Issues I found:

    - The player can fall into the pit in the CT spawn, and not get back out.

    - It can be hard exiting the T spawn when player collisions are on.

    - The narrow doors make it tricky for the hostages to get through sometimes, and they will block the player when they want to retreat.

    - The underground bits can feel a bit tight, and depending on how many players go that way, can make for awkward combat.

    - The vents are one player width wide, but also quite long. If more than one player goes that way from the same team, it can feel like they have no choice but to push on since players behind them will be blocking their path back.

Yeah, I agree with Puddy's input, it just feels like a series of corridors, having no real landmarks or memorable locations (except perhaps the basement area). My initial impression was that the layout was way too mazey, and I still think it is, but making some of the locations a bit more fleshed out and unique would at least make it easier to learn and orient yourself.

keep the layout much more simple, all those vent shafts and the basement area was just confusing

    Yes, testing is happening today!

    We'll test:

    de_favela_beta1 - by Rick

    de_gwalinor - by FMPONE

    cs_747 - by you!

That's all of them right, I didn't forget anyone's map?

I'll try to join in today.

Let me suggest a Skype session, so we can comment in real time what is going on in the levels.

This would not remove the need to give written feedback on the forums.

    What do you guys think?

Don't have a mic, but sounds good for anyone who has one.

Time is 21h00 again? Hopefully enough people show up tonight!

    Yeah, 21:00 CET! IP: 195.242.236.132:27080

Concerning VOIP I prefer hearing ingame sounds and not just the breathing sounds of all mapcorians on skype.

Mine is not ready, I'm not convinced by the changes I made.

Also I will probably not be here. Wednesday is not a good day for me

We can't avoid breathing sounds if we use a key to enable the mic only when we need. Easy

Just checked the sv. 255 of latency! daayum

Edit: we can avoid breathing sounds.

Just connect, they should download automatically.

Be sure you don't have old version of the maps installed though, cause then the server will disconnect you.
