This is something I have been working on for a while as a bit of a learning exercise. Its the first time I've actually used baked normal and AO maps on a mesh, I'm really pleased that I've finally ventured into doing this.
The vehicle is a GAZ 98 Aerosled, first used during the Winter War with Finland, and also saw service in WWII.

The Machine gun mounted on it is a DT28, a variation of the DP28 light machine-gun. This variation was for use in armoured vehicles, the funny bag thing under it was to stop hot bullet casings flying around the vehicle.

There are very few photographs of this thing, so I mostly relied on hobby scale models, which were actually really great as they have some really nice detail on them.
