In case there's any confusion. Tumblr has unlimited storage. You don't have to worry about upload limits. The only limit is each individual image can't be larger than 10MB

Well it took about 2.5 hours but everything is finally tagged

It should be about 30 mins until the tagging is updated on the tag page. There's a server that queries the blgo every 30 mins and updates the tag page.

It seems to work for me. Does it not work for anyone else?

Eventually I will have to write a server side script to handle this for me because the service I'm using can only handle 5000 posts maximum.

UPDATE :

A level designer from Respawn Entertainment by the name of Chuck Wilson has recently started contributing quite a bit to the blog. In fact he just sent me a huge chunk of photos the other night organized into a lot of settings. So combined with the images I've been saving up and his images it looks like we'll be having quite a few series in the near future. I'll also probably up the post-per-day count to 2X from 1X since there's now about 30-40 days of backlog already.

What the crap? There should be a bunch of tags there. Is anyone else having this problem?

The only thing I can think of offhand is that it uses javascript. Do you have any sort of blockers or anything enabled?

Weird. Maybe it's possibly it's adblock. I use ghostery but I can give adblock a shot. Is anyone else not able to see the tags?

I would like to write my own system eventually but it would take a fair amount of work. I don't really have the time right at the moment. This summer i can see myself having the time to do it. What I can do in the future is also write a static page with all the tags that are known once there begins to be so many that new ones dont show up as much.

Over the next week there's a series of photos I took in Okinawa going up. That is a really funky looking city. It's like a combination of the future with a mexican resort town and America.

Thanks FMPONE I wasn't posting too much here because I was afraid I might be being rude if I constantly bump the thread to the top. That might be the Canadian in me talking haha

If people don't mind I'll be happy to post more photos in this thread rather than rare updates when I put in new blocks of stuff.
