    My wife gave it to me for christmas along with a brand new PS2 (finally!), Katamari Damacy, and Ratchet 2.

    I haven't played it yet, sadly, but I get the impression it's mostly killed by hype - half-decent game trying to live up to the mark of "Halo-Killer" bestowed upon it pre-release. Wasn't one that I was super eager to buy, but I definitely wanted to check it out to at least take some notes on it

    Hopefully will have a chance to play it tomorrow, maybe. Will weigh in again then

    Agreed. But I made the mistake of letting my wife play that one. And now she's waaaay further than me and I can never play it boo-urns.

    tried it a bit at work, there was a time a like a couple of months ago where everybody at work totally hyped it up and it did look quite promising, but the final game just felt pretty unimaginative, but it guess its pretty good for a ps2 game

    anyway, everybody loves katamari!!!

    We also played it at work, didn't look very impressive. But maybe it isn't so bad for a console shooter dunno~

    I liked the diving element in it, but it was kinda clunky and could have been implemented more effectively. The blind firing and that was also pretty decent. Other than that I felt it was a bit formulaic and repetetive. Hope I'm thinking of the right game here..

    Sounds like Killswitch Schmung

    I don't have a PS2, so I haven't played it. I quite like the washed out look to it, very nice. I think it was a victim of hype, it couldn't possibly live up to the 'halo-beater' moniker bestowed upon it.

    These guys usually do pretty good articles/reviews. Seems fair enough, and the opinions right at the bottom are the best. ;
