We are currently looking for Senior/ Lead Designer to join our award winning team.
Our ideal candidate:
• Proven record as a senior or lead designer on at least one published current gen console game.
• Able to work closely with project manager and other disciplines.
• Proven experience of leading a multi-discipline team.
• Experience of games with sophisticated combat and traversal systems
• Excellent problem solving abilities.
• Proven ability to think creatively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of technical proficiency.
• Scripting experience is a plus (Kismet, LUA, state machines, etc).
• Skills in programming and animation are of interest but by no means essential.
• Hands-on experience with Maya and Unreal a big benefit.
• Preferably good visual skills – Drawing, Photoshop, Visio etc.,
