oh look, a post apocalyptic zombie game with nathan drake as the main character, and is so cinematic it might as well be a movie, but has 1/100th of the budget and production values.

i am sure it will be truly a fantastic experience and i'll be jizzing all over it in half a year like a hypocrite, but jesus christ ND aren't exactly pushing the envelope. still, at least this will actually see a release unlike that ubisoft vapourware.. what was it called, alone..? "i am alive", that's the one!

Yeah I gotta agree that the dude looks a lot like Drake, however the modelling is astonishing.

These guys really have a knack for impressively good-looking characters.

Since it's a PS3 exclusive, my mind automatically locks the part of my mind capable of excitement.

    Ellen Page... is that you?

Game looks like I Am Legend: The Game, not such a bad thing.. I'm confident in ND's ability to make it awesome sauce, I just hope they have some innovative gameplay rather than recycling ideas...

Zombies are gay though, they lost their appeal to me about 10 years ago.

It's kind of amusing that there's been no end of zombie games, yet not one has really come even close to hitting the kind of feelings films like 28 Days/Weeks Later and I Am Legend brought out. I'm a firm believer that zombies can be incredibly intriguing due to the way they're impossible to reason with, are often mutilated versions of people we knew/loved, they're mindless, incredibly dangerous, and of course can plunge you into the same fate. They're a great all-round antagonist. Unfortunately just about every developer seems unable to take them seriously enough to do the concept justice.

I think if anyone's going to deliver on the kind of expectations the Dead Island trailer conjured up when it debuted and finally give us a zombie game with a shred of emotional power behind it, it's probably Naughty Dog. So, colour me excited.

It seems more like "The Road" than "I am Legend" (or maybe a mix of both)

I think Half-life and STALKER both did the concept of zombies justice; rather than mindless automatons bent on eating, they were post humans, barely conscious but enough to suffer, wholly under the control of outside forces. The HL/STALKER zombies mumbling to themselves is infinitely more emotionally effective and frightening than any moan or growl.

It was the city scape at the end that made it look like I Am Legend
