Noire looked pretty great on the ps3.

True, looked and ran smoothly too. But I would rather not risk it, RDR and GTA4 looked way better on the shitbox.

But L.A. Noire actually didn't use the RAGE engine, so that might be the reason.

Speaking of which, which engine is this running on?

Looks really great. I'm seeing a lot of references to Tony Soprano in Michael's trailer, looks like Sopranos was certainly an influence! Not that I'm complaining of course; Sopranos is amazing.

I wonder how this is going to work with the 3 characters. Will it automatically switch you based on where you are in the storyline? Or perhaps you can choose who to play as. It's going to feel a little odd seeing your character being controlled by AI when you play as somebody else.. I'm looking forward to seeing what they do with it.

I doubt it, something tells me they're gonna try to innovate and mix match it. We'll see.

In the Game Informer article a couple of months back they said that you'll be able to switch around character at any time, and that they'll be going around and doing their own things when you're not playing them.

Also, on some missions you'll be able to choose which character you want to play, for example rappelling down a building as Michael and storming a boardroom, sitting with a sniper rifle far away as Franklin or being a chopper pilot as Trevor, and changing characters while in the mission (though probably at certain junction points)

Gonna be pretty interesting seeing how all that pans out, especially the mission related stuff.
