ive had a deep love for airsoft guns for a long time.....though if i was ever going to buy one it would be a gas blow back western arms beretta m9....or the inox ones....im a whore for authenticity so i would prob never buy anything but pistols....only because companies like western arms pay to make an almost exact replica of all beretta weapons. i love real weight/blow back/metal casing pistols especially. the M1911's are hot too.

my friend had a USP but it was stolen when we went to play football....it was pretty nice for a cheap little thing

the other thing holding back my obsession with airsoft is the fact that its basically illegal in nyc to own one or at least to take it outside of your house. the first thing i would do when i got it would be take off the orange safety shit....and the cops here are so trigger happy you would prob be dead if they just saw a bulge in your jacket. oh well

Yeah it was cool the three or four times I shot it. The battery charger I have doesn't work and my battery is dead. So until I get a new charger, I can't shoot.

think of cs players calling counterstrike a professional sport.....this is basically the same comparison between bb guns / airsoft....that and calling a video game "clan" a "team"

i cannot afford the AEG's. Computer stuff first, then surf stuff, then more computer stuff, then comes car savings.

It's a Guarder Aimpoint replica. By far the best you can get bar the real thing. Good enough for airsoft without having to spend hundreds on a real one

Actually the red tip is just orange tape I put on because eBay flips if you post pictures without it. I personally hate the orange tip and take them off all my guns.

Well gas blowback is the most realistic and best performing type of pistol out there right now. STTI's USP is basically what you get. Cheap. But it looks good and doesn't cost much so assuming you're not going to use it for anything more hardcore than plinking in the backyard or messing around with a few friends you should be alright.

TM is making an AEG M14 due out early next year. If you're really desperate, Airsoft Club made a custom M14, but it's expensive and some people have been giving iffy reviews of it. I've used one in person and it was very hot. Can't say how the long term performance is though.

It's been stated in media releases that the TM M14 will be the Plastic wood. I'm sure that it won't take 3rd party companies very long to make a real wood kit, though. Just give it 6 months or so after the release.

I found out that I want an L85, but there are no good versions out on the market

sr16 with tactical RIS grip thingy. Plus totaly upgraded internals and a custom titanium accuracy barrel shooting at a constant 400fps with the 300round hiclip. If i ever upgrade it i'm going to redo the barrel for a long silencer, bipod, and a sniper stock variant.
