    Hi guys,

I've just finished my new UDK scene called The Nocturnal Vapour (aka The Dark Carnival). I've worked on her for over the last five months, hope it was worth it. Feel free to comment and criticize. Thanks in advance!

    Very nice !

Sometimes I think you have too much light at the same time (too much blending of colors), but in general it's an excellent work !

    I love the atmosphere !

Very nice. Just get rid of that horrible depth of field blur.

yeah a bit obtrusive but you are probably the only one who noticed that

Wow looks impressive! the architecture and overall theme reminds me of BioShock Infinite.

The scenes scream vibrance and is fun to look at. very disney-like.

i do think the depth of field is a bit much and the blur muddies some of your details but i get that its part of the 'fuzzy' feel.

the smoke particles in the air may also be a bit too noisey, and some of the geometry in the first pic are lacking but thats all nit-picky - overall you've done an excellent job building an overall solid picture.

The geometry looks pretty good. I agree with the guys who complain about the dof. Another thing the lighting could maybe be a bit more focussing on highlighting certain areas. Right now there are tons of colorful lights literaly everywhere. Makes it a super busy scene, information overload for the eyes and brain.

Yeah the lighting vibrancy and general "everywhereness" (lol) certainly detracts a little if this was an actual playable level, although by the looks of it this is an artistic showcase so no real harm done, it's beautiful
