What have you watched recently?

    Holy shit. That ending of GoT.......... I knew it was happening unfortunately because I'm curious and clicked the spoiler links.

    The version I definitely did not download and instead obtained through perfectly legal methods also had some fucked up audio and played some weird rock music (which I think was the actual credit music, but it played too early).. So I watched the end on youtube. Holy MACKEREL!

    Argo - Very surprised at how good this was, the ending was extremely tense! My only complaints were the excess artistic liscense and the explanation of events prior to the Hostage Crisis was too brief, it needed more narrative imho.

    that music wasn't added by rippers. it's like that in the original

    edit: seems like the music started later in the hbo-version. the dialogue is not cut off

    I so wish HBO would do it like Netflix and just release the entire season at once. This wait for new Game of Thrones episodes is killing me~~love this show~

    Yeah she was awesome in this episode. I found her a bit of a strange character before but she's really sold the character to me now. Can't wait to see what she does next!

    I picked up the first book recently. I'm hoping to eventually get ahead of the show

    Watched all of Community upto the latest episode of Season 4, some pretty cringe-worthy moments in amongst the gems, almost made me want to stop watching like

    gosh it's long: 2h21m.

    Do not get fooled by the trailer btw, it is -in pure asian style- a slow-paced movie, with sparse but excellent action scenes (I really enjoy the stunts, the protagonist in those situations moves incredibly smoothly).

    I think it makes you think a lot about how we react when we hear about violent crimes.

    The Island: /meh - now I really have to finally see THX (which I tried in the past but it's so slow I fell asleep in 20mins)

    The Bourne Legacy: just fine, it's good entertainment and nicely intertwined with the original story, giving context; but when it ends and you look back, i dunno... doesn't feel as the story moved forward in some cospicuous way
