    Just watched "The Words" with ma family.

    Drama, watchable; can make you yawn. Unsutisfacting ending.

    the kingdom of heaven directors cut vs. the regular version is like watching 2 different movies. The directors cut puts its right in my top 10 favorite movies of all time.

    Yup, luckily Film4 showed the Director's Cut and having seen the comparisons on moviecensorship.com I can see some very important scenes from the film were cut that really needed to be left in to appreciate what's going on fully;

    It was recently on tv here, I started watching it but I found it so bad I couldn't stand to waste my time and watch it to the end.

    How far did you watch and what aspects made you turn it off?

    Beowulf (Blue Ray edition): Really enjoyed watching this in the cinema when it came out, watching it again in full 1080p is nothing short of spectacular! The making of extras are really in-depth as well, it's insane how much work has gone into it and it shows.

    told my sis' "Hey, I haven't whatched this yet, there's your beloved Gordon Levitt". Let me tell you it's nothing as it seems from the trailer (which i didn't see before the movie, just read the synopsis).

    It's pretty dramatic, heavy thematic.

    The Keep: One of Michael Mann's early films, he disowned it after it was cut down from it's original 3½ hour duration and has never been released on DVD. The plot didn't make that much sense, the acting wasn't great and the only really good things about it were the soundtrack by Tangerine Dream and the creature of the keep who was kind of cool in an 80s B-movie type of cool.

    The Chronicles of Narnia Prince Caspian.

    I regret it already. God damn, all that rendertime wasted on bullcrap. Why can't there be more good fantasy/sci-fi movies, I want more CGI!! Special effects, splosions. yeah.

    I mean it I can count the *good* movies of the last year that used CGI (not talking about subtle use) on only 1 hand. That's not enough, I wanna check out the VFX without cringing at the movie, yes plz. Can't be helped that it's used everywhere though, that wasn't my point

    Stand Up Guys

    Bad plot, lovely acting, nice dialogues 7.8/10

    Also: Christopher Walken and Al Pacino playing together means much to me.
