Just watched the latest ep of both Walking Dead and Dexter.
That last part of Walking Dead
(the wrestling/fight club/shit)
was a bit WTF. Still, it's progressing nicely.
Dexter... well, Psy, you may have convinced me. This season is shaping up. Was really hooked during the last ep!
did you watch 28 days? I enjoyed it much more. 28 weeks drove me off a bit with the father figure becoming so dominant and too determined for everyone else just being random zombies. apart from that - yeah, actually one of the better zombie movies

For those that have seen it;
Knew instantly that was a man, that voice was completely wrong for a female, forgot though that the actor was also in Stargate as Ra!
Decent film which explores lots of different themes...
Just saw Looper and I was blown away. Awesome movie. I didn't find a single complaint. Original story, well put together, great acting, decent effects, satisfying ending, etc. I recommend!

very powerful to watch as I've had to overcome the same issues as the protagonist with stammering/stuttering (although I partially "solved" it with my own help). I'm pretty sure it's a powerful film for people who don't stammer as well. the scene where lionel and bertie first meet is one of the best scenes i've ever seen.
Game Of Thrones end of Season One was pretty uneventful but I guess they'll build it all up for Season Two which isn't on DVD until March 2013, so it's torrent time

Game of Thrones is definitely best watched all at once, I watched season 2 as it came out and found it very slow so ended up reading all the books lol.
Haha I got to the middle of season one when i couldn't stand waiting one more week before I learned what happened next so I read all the books as well 
The second season of American Horror Story is truly awesome. It has everything in it. Even with it's flaws, it's still entertaining as hell. If you like horror/thriller, your good to go.
Finished watching the 2nd season of Boss. This series really fucks your ethics up the ass. Repeatedly.
This one was a pretty good surprise, lots of fun and some funny moments.
Battlestar Galactica: Blood and Chrome. Not a bad mini-series so far! Episode 6 is out now, definitely worth a watch.

Watched The Third Man by Carol Reed. Really great film-noir in a post-WWII Vienna. The only thing I didn't like was the intrusive music, but other than that it's amazing. I've also watched Vampyr by Carl Dreyer. Very good too with some great photography (the film was made in 1932), but I found it a bit long, which is funny because the film is only 1h15 long. Still, pretty kickass with some great technical wizardry for its time.

Is it just me or did the series start out as a quasi-realistic 28 Days Later style but is now becoming more and more and more like an old school zombie flick? What with all the villains, the pretty extreme characters (katana-girl for example), gratuitous zombie kills etc...
The music near the end of episode 7 really sealed the deal! LOL The Walking Dead is now officially an old-school zombie film.

Up until this point I didn't know the ending to American Psycho, I had only saw up until the confession part where he calls his lawyer. I finally saw the ending... I wish I never watched the ending.

Totally agree. We're going to get one hell of a mid season finale. That music, can't wait until next episode.
Obviously they can't take on the entire village so I'm really curious as to how this is going to play out. Also, how will the brothers react to seeing each other again and what about loyalty (the brothers, Andrea, Michonne) ? They did a great job bringing these different characters together in a situation like this. Fireworks!
