So, since i am about to finish school soon, it was time for me to build up a portfolio, and now i would like to hear what you think about it.

All the information and content is there on one page, that's a good thing in my book, it's easy to navigate. I like the coloured columns, they help to highlight the headlines, but I'm not sure about the colour itself. Maybe you can find something that's easier on the eyes than neon-green
I'm afraid the real weakness of your portfolio is the content though. What I see is not necessarily bad, it's just not a whole lot of finished work. The screenshots of the HL2 level (console spam in the top left  ) don't look that impressive and it is unreleased since the mod it was made for died (not your fault, but a released project looks so much better on your resume). The shots of your Star Wars level are heavily WiP, too. One modeled and textured weapon, one textured and one untextured environment object and one concept art...I'd say: keep at it, you've got the talent to produce great content, just pump out more stuff, practise your skills while you're at it and get some more finished, kickass work up there!

What's an "unwasted" young level designer?
You mean one that isn't burnt out yet? I don't think you should advertise that!

I'd mostly agree with Frie, but as a web designer/developer full time rather then a games designer ill share my opinion of the website rather then the content
I'll bulletpoint a few things I would improve/change,
[*] Loose the green, it's far too harsh
[*] Loose the red, same reason - it just doesn't work well on the grey with the green
[*] To be honest, the blue and green together really doesn't work well together either, the 2 arrows next to your name almost blend into one
[*] Work on your typography - some simple changes would make it far easier to read - for example headings need more definition and main content could do with some more line height
[*] The lists nearer the bottom could do with some spacing out and general typography too - it's very bunched and hard to read
[*] Navigation - stop it changing size on hover over, it's not nice
same as your email address in your contact details nearer the bottom of the page - actually I think all anchor hover over colours could do with a quick makeover.[*] In 1024x768 you have horizontal scroll bars - id recommend making it slightly smaller so it fits as a baseline.
I hope it helps! It's mainly just colouring and typography really nothing major! If you need any CSS help etc just post on here id be happy to help.

The portfolio layout itself looks just dandy, there's just not a lot of content.

Don't know if you really need the legal footnotes it just makes the Resume look a lot longer and less inviting to read.
