Really bad news, read that yestarday on Kotaku.

I hope his wife and the baby are okay.
-
This sucks
RIP -
Read it on Kotaku yesterday as well
, this particular detail wasn't mentioned though, very brave and selfless of him. -
Quote
A Chevy Blazer, with four occupants, crossed the centre line when the driver tried to take her sweater off while driving, asking the other front passenger to take the wheel at the time.
RETARD. I hope the driver gets life.
-
That is heartbreaking.

-
Damn... RIP.
Shocking story, going to play Company of Heroes in your memory, the best I can do.
-
i believe that 99% of the people driving today do not deserve this privilege !
-
One of my colleagues worked with him at Relic. He was an absolutely awesome guy by all accounts, a tragedy indeed

-
Sad like when anyone dies becouse some idiots on the road.
-
Can't wait for the day when cars will be powered by electricity and have a speed limit of 60 km/h or something...
RIP
-
He made it top 5 on my hero list, that was a huge tragedy. Rest in peace.

I hate to burst your bubble but the top speed of electric car models by Tesla which are already being produced is about twice that speed. Regardless, I'm afraid there will always be tragic deaths caused by reckless idiots and I don't mean to downplay this tragedy mind you.
-
RIP, what a brave thing to do.
-
I'm very glad his wife and unborn baby survived...truly he is a hero.
I'm sure some of the Relic guys I worked with back in my THQ days are still there and knew Brian, however I don't have any current real connection with him. That said, this still makes my blood boil as it should.

-
Man, that poor family.

I'm glad to see those idiots getting homicide charges and not manslaughter. There's no excuse for driving under the influence.
-
RIP

Another... story... of stupid drivers... I can't understand those people !!
-
RIP.
When I lived in portugal I used to see this kind of shit in the news everyday, it's really mind boggling.

-
agreed hp just by the sound i would also think that manslaughter enjoys this position in the great scheme of things
accident < killing < murder < manslaughter < genocide < annihlation
-
To me, "slaughter" suggests something mechanical -- e.g. cows get slaughtered. It's not out of intent to emotionally scar / hate the cows, "it just happens."
Also: condolences to that family
