The Walking Dead

It started out really strong for the first two episodes, but then it went downhill from there. There are no characters that you really care about, even the lead at times grates on you and you wish he died as well. There weren't enough zombies in it too, I mean sure it's a tv budget but damn the first two had them all over the place. By all means focus on the survivors in this but make them interesting and don't neglect the zombies so they're completely in the background.

So this is back on for season 4. Anyone watching it?

First episode was ok but there was some silly stuff going on. But overall I'm glad to have some zombie action back in my life.

- If the roof wasn't strong enough to hold a zombie then I'm pretty sure that chopper would have fallen through the roof in the first place?

Unless he was bitten but then there's been the whole "30 days without incident" thing. I'm guessing whatever killed the pig is what's killed the kid so I'm guessing it's not a zombie. Have I missed something? I noticed Daryl licked his fingers before shaking the kids hand.

It could be the water since they did show off those big water containers they've got placed everywhere a few times but then pretty much everyone is going to die by bleeding from the eyes. I would have thought someone else would have shown symptoms too. I guess we'll see.

Also, if I was in a zombie apocalypse and I was in a prison I'd be sleeping with those cell doors nicely locked so no zombies can get me while I sleep.

As do I, and so does everyone these days it seems. Feels like I see a new zombie game every day on Steam. I have yet to play one though that really captures what I'd like to see in a zombie game.

This had "We need a good excuse for an spectacular action scene" written all over. Regardless of it being silly, it was a great scene. Don't forget, next to the pig, there were also multiple close ups of the zombie on the fence who's eyes were bleeding.

Have you seen the first season of Boardwalk Empire? It's a pretty much flawless tv show imo, it also ended last sunday. Really if it wasn't for the lenght you couldn't tell the difference from a great movie. Top notch actors, great production values and cinematography, fantastic script. Mad Men is also almost on that level. Season 4 was a marvel.

this. boardwalk empire is definitely one of the tightest shows around, next to breaking bad and game of thrones...

totally ot, but peaky blinders is worth watching if you like this kind of stuff

And the fact that carrol Killed and burned the 2 infected is a bit strange, illogical... The show isnt explaining much things so most actions are out of place sometimes.
