The Walking Dead

    The 5th episode was pretty meh. If it weren't for the show only being 6th shows long, as I just found out.... Lame :/, I wouldn't have cared so much. Honestly, this is a show they should have pulled the Lost thing with. Each character should have had a back story. They show how each character lived before the outbreak and how they survived. It was boring as shit in Lost, but would have totally worked in the Walking Dead. Anyway... Looking forward to the next.

    yeah the finale wasn't too bad. it's a nice set up for a second season in which they actually get some money for vfx (that cdc building explosion was just poor) and can go through some more of the characters. I'd really like to see the love triangle thing get kicked out though. It gets annoying and in between the action (although I'd love to keep all of the three characters).

    Meh, more cheesy plot and idiotic logic flaws. I really loved the pilot, episode two also was very good and promised a great show. From there it went straight downhill for the most part. Shitty script, mediocre (at best) actors, cheap production values.

    Ther's hope that they will put more effort and money in the second season considering the success of the show in viewer numbers. But if it goes on like this early in the next season then i'm out.

    Have you seen the first season of Boardwalk Empire? It's a pretty much flawless tv show imo, it also ended last sunday. Really if it wasn't for the lenght you couldn't tell the difference from a great movie. Top notch actors, great production values and cinematography, fantastic script. Mad Men is also almost on that level. Season 4 was a marvel.

    hehe I'm glad I only watched the pilot episode then =) I was planning to see this with my GIRLFRIEND but I'm not certain if I will do now.

    Board Walk empire, pfft. Not my thing. Mad men is good yeah, but also pretty boring, compared to the walking dead. The walking dead is one of the best shows on tv by far right now and I would take it over anything else on tv at this point. Well that and Spartacus, because that is also really good.

    Don't listen to peoples opinions. Watch it for yourself. its a really good show and the first zombie tv show to come to light, so for that its excellent. Most viewers will agree. Its just to bad its only 6 episodes long. Plus now u can watch them back to back if u dl them all.

    No i complain about such nonsense as a whole because the show is full of it and it really drags down the overall quality.

    One could say "yea but the whole zombie thing is nonsense anyway". That's all fair. Give me mindless over the top and unrealistic popcorn action please. But then they should not try to implement "down to earth" characters and drama. These two approaches bite each other. Add on top of that the bad execution+low production values and you get a whole lot of cheese.

    i just want to chime in that i also really did not like the walking dead finale

    and in fact because of how they break that window with the grenade ! that was retarded and definitely a shark jump moment for me !
