So, I received an unexpected email today. Two weeks ago, I applied for fun for a just opened Texture Artist position at Naughty Dog, and to my disbelief, got an email today for an art test =0! Went ahead and bought Uncharted 2 today for inspiration (just got my PS3 and only played through the 1st). Do they usually just send the test to all applicants for the position or only those they are considering? Wish me luck!

I think it depends a lot on the company policy, but getting sent an art test assignment, I'd see as an initial step of interest anyway. Good luck indeed

Just noticed a big spelling error on one of your models in your portfolio. It's "Gefährlicher Explosivstoff" not "Gefabrlicher Exploeavstoff".
Might want to fix that before Crytek checks out your portfolio again

haha, I was sure I had a mistake on that. Was going from ref pic, but couldn't quite make up some letters and had noone who could speak german online at the time to verify =P.
