Mission Improbable is my singleplayer mod for Episode 2 that I'm working on whenever I can find the time. It's currently two levels, with a third and final level coming in the future.

    Here's how it looks :

    Part 1

    [Blocked Image: http://magnarj.net/images/mimp/mimp1.jpg]

    [Blocked Image: http://magnarj.net/images/mimp/mimp2.jpg]

    Part 2

    [Blocked Image: http://magnarj.net/images/mimp/mimp23.jpg]

    [Blocked Image: http://magnarj.net/images/mimp/mimp22.jpg]

And here are some download links :

    http://www.filefront.com/r.b/filepath__ ... ble-1-2.7z

    http://magnarj.net/files/mimp2.zip

Installation instructions can be found in the .zip file. Both part 1 and 2 is included.

    Hope you like the maps!

Sweet, I love your work insta. I was kinda dissapointed that it ended at the elevator tho, I wanted more!

The headcrabcannister part (you 'll know what I mean) made me frown tho ...

Sadly my journey ends here: http://bildr.no/image/658961.jpeg after flying over the river with the pod. There are also some models missing in the gas station room where you turn on the gas.

edit: maybe its because i overwrote the old mimp folder in the sourcemods directory?

Yeah, it's possible the installation failed because of that. Just overwriting might cause some strangeness, so it's always best to delete the old folder before extracting.

Cool stuff! I got stuck right at the beginning because I forgot you need to hold down use rather than tapping it on valves.... Perhaps because I've played Bioshock recently. Can't wait for the next one!

Good stuff. Nice attention to detail (headcrab canister loading arm, rebel's scarecrow, gas station roof...) & you've got a way with zombies - made me jump more often than hl2. I'd request you try a L4D2 campaign next to complete your array of quality source maps. Lot's of mapping potential with the new vscript plus other entities.

Fuck, I didn't see this coming! I see you've been inspired by the old Combine Depot on the first pic, it looks neat!

    Downloading it now.

EDIT: I played it and wow, this is seriously one of the most kickass awesome single player level I've played!

The sequence with the headcrab shell was pure win, and the tunnel with the resistance gate is really great. The final battle was pretty hard too, without the Gravity Gun those damn manhacks are really annoying.

    Definitely recommanded, great work man.

Looks great! Can't play it due to lack of Ep2 :/ Judging from just the screens it looks like a solid level. Good ol' Source
