UDK 3 Leveling Resources?

    I am new to actually developing aspects of games from scratch and have been looking for mainly level learning resources.

    I was wondering if anyone on here has anything like that (maybe some tips for starters) this and that.

    also i'm posting this at 4am after spending 7 hours with udk learning the interface and watch tutorial videos but i was just wondering what else is out there, any help is good help .

    There's a few threads around here about this, even a sticky one. But I think you're already doing what you should, practice, invest time on this, etc.

    The key is, if you wanna get good at something, surround yourself by people on that field and you'll learn a lot, the natural way. Which means basically, visit and post on forums frequently, see what people say about techniques, new tuts, etc, etc.

    Of course, that alone wont get you there, you still need to put things into practice. And don't forget, Hourences books are awesome.

    That sounds like a good idea i know a few people on the site from around my area but i think i will start investing alot more time into this. Thank you

    Hourences book as HP said and he also did a video series for eat 3d on UDK. I would consider my self someone who knows a lot about Unreal in terms of the UI, functions etc and it was well worth it for the amount of tips and tricks i picked up.

    I guess Mod's are the best way of all but finding a good one that's going somewhere with good leadership is very hard.
