I worked with vray / archviz for a few months, before working in the games industry, and was able to see the power of it. Render times can take hours, and days even weeks.
But damn, It's amazing what people have been doing with it...

I use it currently at work (paired with sketchup :roll: ) it is pretty sweet... I only wish sketchup had some decent animation tools.
I think that is the best CG work i've ever seen.
