    Dunno how serious you are, but with a website like this I can't see people taking it very seriously. There are so many templates around... if you really want to go 1990 and retrò I think there's still a way to make it a bit more appealing

    Still really unpolished and need to choose which trees to stick with as well as get a less obnoxious skybox but it's gettin there.

    That looks sick, I usually play on simple bhop maps but I'd definitely play this one

    Thanks! I'm aiming to keep the bhop really simple, fair and open. The only 'gimmicks' I might add are boosters/upboosts and I'll make sure they aren't buggy. Also going to work on visibility and contrast and make sure the player is never frustrated by the map

    Scrapped all my other maps and made something new. Going to just make aim map and try to finish the map this time. It's also my first ever finished model (roofs) .

    A big work in progress, and not really a 'map' but I am trying to get into 3D design so I am making a isometric portal level in Cinema4D - I am new to 3D so I'd love to have feedback and eventual tips/tutorials I could use.

    Still far from done, but making progress. Also made a mistake with rendering, the transparent/white gap with the orange spheres in it is meant to be black

    Here is what I'm working right now. DE_ map taking place in some monk monastery. Hope you like it. It's just CT spawn. I still need a lot of feedback on layout. Those cbble textures and models are just placeholders.

    Have to model out a bit more props, make some spec/normal maps, add decals, add soundscape ANNND I'm almost done (finally)!    

    As always, if there are environment artists reading, I'd love some criticism/tips on what I could improve on.

    what kind of lighting are you using on that? Also what settings did you use for the screenshots?


    Everything looks very flat (and 90s...) Geometrically interesting but the lighting is currently wrecking it imo
