A little bit of a cartoon environment I'm currently working on. Those ice-cream cones in the background are supposed to be trees, in case anybody wondered.[Blocked Image: http://www.bja-design.de/different/comic_house01.jpg]

I love the character of that house/render. Did you do this off the cuff or do you have concepts?

@HP: I think the difficult part will be to make some decent textures for it. I'm currently not so sure if I'll use photo references or paint everything by hand. Knowing my painting skills, I'd say I'll use some photos

@Spicy: The house was inspired by different cg animation movies (open season, just to name one), the other parts are mostly off my head.

Attaching them to the forums themselves is preferable. You can do so just below the posting box, and it'll generate a big thumbnail for you.ImageShack is particularly bad because they spawn pop-ups when you go to view the big version, and of course the page is full of ads.

Ah right thanks, I'll do that from now on .

That's pretty cool Pericolos0, quite a style you have defined their.

I'm working on a a prefab for 2 floors in a hotel, the top floor will feature a pool and rec. area, the one below will feature a boiler room on one side and some cheap living quarters on the other, what would you guys recommend for a nice clear looking water that doesn't bleed on the edges? (notice twords the left on the water at the edge you see some Lighter green? that's bleeding colors that arent there)
