I agree, I like Radiant far better than Source for lots of reason, source is just easier to pick up and map with though, thats all its got.
WIP in WIP, post your level screenshots!

The one and only time i've used radient was once for quake 3 and i seem to remember being trapped building in a single perspective view window.

dissonance: Sorry to disappoint you, but no Alice, Silent Hill, Resident Evil or whatsoever mod

Bawwww! Still looks good, though.

My first proper attempt at Radiant! Took me a day to make a corridor lol. But once you get familiar with it, its great! I still hate some of the interface though

I sharpend the image slightly as I resized it from 1680 and it got blury

-
looks clean and nice
-
for a first attempt i'd say that is quite good.

got a freelance rush job from my old employer this week, this is a little 3 scene shooting gallery for a little tech demo using a wii-mote.
modeled, textured, and lit in ~18 (almost consecutive) hours.
It's been a long time since I have done environments under the gun like this, it's hard to keep myself from going back to different parts and touching things up rather than powering through everything.

Currently working on something tiny for DoD:S - two TNT objectives only.

looks pretty cool there albatros but you can probably push the lighting a bit further. it looks a bit bland right now. should be brighter and not at such a low angle. maybe add a little more of a tint to it to push the atmosphere.
-
i think the lighting looks great the way it is
diffidently has that quickly changing thunderstorm mood that we in germany we call "schauer-wetter"
-
i agree to warby. the lighting is all right. i hate to colorfull outdoor lightings.
in the first screen you have this light next to the door. underneath the ground displacement seems a bit unlovely. probably adding a sidewalk or some overlay as a transition to the house would add some nice detail. atm it looks a little bit thrown together.
anyway nice looking map. can't wait to get my hands on it.
-
I love that skybox; it has an 'eye of the storm' feel to it.
-
That is very badass
-
That DOD map is looking F I N E...
