About random tiling, it doesn't tile properly since the textures seem to tile about half-way into the previous texture if that makes sense? Makes for lots of brush edges in between the texture defuses and looks ever so slightly crappy.

    Yeah that's what I meant

Test room for Uni project. Its a proof of concept rather than anything I will use in the project.

All textures and models are custom bar the window.

When I come do make it it will be for an animation, rather than a "real" level.

Yes, excellent texture work! The leaves look quite realistic, as do the floor of course

The lighting doesn't make a lot of sense though - the sky is pale blue up top (and the rays show that it's noon-ish) but the area outside is blown out totally and yellow?

It looks nice, texture-wise, but looks very black/white.

    Nice though.

There is a bit of artistic license going on, this is for an animation. So going for atmosphere more than proper realism.

    *edit*

    Latest version.

Looks good tomdon, but I see 3 issues(and solutions):

    - Textures need to be aligned properly on the inenr arches. Alt+right click is your friend here.

    - The "broken" pieces of the upper wall texture got some visible tiling. Work with your geometry to hide it.

    - The transition between your lower and upper wall texture is way too sharp. Blend the two textures together better.

tomdom: I love that way to build env. I allways liked destroyed structures Waiting for final ver. maybe some dirt textures are a bit weird alignet but for a 1st look it looks great! (one of few exeptions that I like from new maps )

dodger: nice job too. clear hallway, shadow are a bit weird I mean don't know what is casting that shadows and what is hanging on the cenrer position of player running
