I take it that's from the Ukraine. There's some crazy ass shit that is hitting the fan over there. Ex-Soviets essentially rigging an election and staging a military endorsed coup against the democratic and western learning factions. My guess is some sort of armed outbreak or civil war (it'll be brief before the UN or EU steps in) before Christmas. There's already a massive strike going on in an attempt to fuck over the eastern half of the country. It kind of makes you glad that even though our country is deeply divided, we're not going through that shit.
