I'm going to wager a guess that if it can run on an Xbox 360 and PS3 (probably at 720p), then it should run fine on most computers that aren't from 1994.

I'd wager a guess that it's aggressively gimped to run on the ancient 360. PS3, no problem. But still, those shots are basically what you will never see as an average gamer when you play it. basically it should say: "This is how good this game CAN look. But for you, WONT look."

PS3 is only a year newer than 360, and has a more outdated gpu

I think by this point it's kind of a given that the 360 and PS3 are pretty much on equal ground when it comes to technical capabilities. Each has its own small quirks, but if a game is engineered properly the results are fairly consistent across both platforms.

That wave at the end...how did you do that? Is that a real-time fluids simulation or is that just faked really well?

Frie is a former employee. That's why. Posting on a public board how we integrate fluid systems in our engine - not cool

Amazing trailer ! definitely looks like crytek is keeping the quality

Small nitpick on the trailer, not sure if i dig the "most importantly it gives me options" line. seems cheezy.

    However the sliding/shooting looks badass!

good job guys you guys rock at making games!

Narration sucks guys, don't use narration anymore in anything, fuck narration.

I liked the music. What impressed me most in the trailer was the part where the player kicks a car into a dude. Dark Messiah of Crysis. Hell yes.
