Someone really liked the hunters from Episode 2 (with good reason).

I guess I'm the only one bothered by the ground/street textures. I'm bothered by the ground/street textures, they're like super blurry/low def.

Edit: Look especially at the two screenshots of robots shooting cars.

it's called mip mapping, when you look at something at such an angle it tends to blur a lot.

Actually, it's called texture filtering! (Bilinear, trilinear, anisotropic, etc)

MipMapping is what automatic downsizes the size of the texture as you walk farther away from it.

that's what filtering does, it calls the lower mip maps

    Looks fun!

But I think it's still insufficient quality. No shadow by moon, few shadow by streetlight.

    Character model & detail... umm.

Yeah there are limits on consoles. I'm 99% sure it's the console version because of the way the view moves in that analogue stick-esque fashion.

Apparently it is the pc version just being played with a xbox controller. It apparently crashed to the win7 desktop when it was being shown to ign.

They use PC for demo gameplay. It's true. 360 HUD, 360 controller, but "on PC"

We haven't seen any real console gameplay demo & (I think) we haven't seen highest setting, too.

Because... my previous post + we can' t see SSGI, LPV, etc.

And If E3 gameplay demo is console setting, the new screens are console setting. Because no quality difference.

    http://www.incrysis.com/forums/viewtopi ... 10#p485010

When do they show real PC version & real console version?

"We don't want to show PC highest setting at present" is ok, ok.

But "still on PC" is not good. It makes an uneasiness.

Why do they use PC? Why they don't show real console demo?

I'm afraid that Crytek still have big problem on console, low performance, low quality.

I don't want to think so. But I can't understand the reason why they don't use console hardware.

A word called "one of the best looking on console" go out alone, Crytek prove nothing yet.

    Sorry & thanks
