The first screenshots of the nature-themed shooter Earth No More have been released by independent Finnish developer Recoil Games.

I've been working on this title for the past 9 months as a level designer.

As Gamasutra's article states, it's Unreal Engine 3 + our own bells and whistles.

    Quote

Are you using your own technology or licensing?SS: We are using Epic’s Unreal Engine 3 as the basis for Earth No More, but we have made several additions and enhancements, including our own rendering engine, to make the tech fit our game and to make it stand out and feel unique.
