    more garbage in the streets :] looks kinda empty... (or other stuff, if you want it to be clean.. but what city is clean (when its deserted)... ?

    er, when 2.2 comes out of course and you can make rain the easy way instead of dicking around with beams or whatever.

    Try draping the wires from the polls. I think making it darker will help too and add a few more details around the city, maybe some bus stops with benches, trashcans, etc.

    It looks like that Chinatown gate thing leads to an alley not a street. Is it meant to be that way?

    I agree with GrayFox on the Chinatown gate thing. Also, the wires going from street pole to street pole are way too taut

    I wouldn't be afraid of turning the lights even darker, and giving the neon's more effect.

    Lookin' sharp so far though.

    Looks good, can be darker but maybe the right sky would change that a bit.

    And what's the difference between an alley and a street?

    It's not sarcasm, I just dont know.

    Looks pretty ok but playability wise it looks problematic. There isn't enough cover or varied gameplay aspects.
