Really sucks, its gonna be hard to find decent mirrors now for maps and such, I can't stand using sites like fileplanet and rapidshare.

I suppose FPSBanana and moddb are going to be swamped now

Filefront is moddb's primary file host. They rarely host things on their own. They pretty much stick to Filefront and Fileshack anymore.

FPSBanana's community is horrible. Site's not too bad but the crowd, sheesh!

Alright then, time to host my maps on my own host. That's gonna suck bandwith wise...

I've got about 600MB worth of shit in my Filefront account, mostly videos. Used to be way more but ever since Underground Gamer took over they've been deleting videos with low view counts so some of my shit is already lost forever except in Youtube quality.

well usually when one goes down an other one rises so maybe there will be somebody who recognizes the gap filefront is leaving and they'll fill it. lets hope... but yeah that sucks!
