Edit: I just did a massive description of BP but I don't think that's what you meant!

I only have 200 or so, but I don't play Ranked Matches.

Well, that's one way to keep your sanity. I thought you had to play ranked for it to even track Win ratio data.

Nah, the reason my win% is sub-50 is because I played a bunch of player matches against some guru's from work. I should stop caring about the ratio anyway, it's not shown anywhere. I started playing some Ranked Matches but I think I'll wait until the DP spamming Kens go back to Halo and Killzone.

I'm just way too addicted to this game. I decided to make chuin-li my main since nobody seems to use her. Once you learn her, she's really good, you just have to be a lot more careful with your timing than other characters.

My practice regiment involves training with her against ryu/ken/sagat on max difficulty. I actually look forward to people picking ryu/ken/sagat in ranked matches now

    I have all but Seth.

Akuma's ultra is terribly easy to avoid though.

I heard Gouken and Seth are banned from some upcoming Japanese tournament. Seems a bit knee-jerk, but who am I to say? I played Seth a few times and didn't really like him, he's way too slow and I can't do his full DP without using his Super...

I'm at 2000bp now, played a ton of games though. I still main Sakura but I'm getting the hang of Rufus too. There doesn't seem to be that many Kens about anymore, but I'm still not seeing 90% of the roster being used. I've only fought 1 Gen so far (who completely destroyed me)!

I got Battle Fantasia on Friday, but it seems I'm the only one. Haven't found a single opponent online. I hope BlazBlue gets better reception.

I think I'm still yet to see a Dhalsim or Chun-Li online.

    ah ah

Anyways, Akuma ultra is a bit overpowered indeed. If the guy you're playing against knows when to use it, it is unblockable!

On the downside, Akuma takes lot's of damage compared to normal players, so if you keep pressure on him, he's knocked down in a few seconds.

If you had PSN we could have an epic catfight

I lost about 800BP today, everyone who I beat quit and everyone who beat me made me drop 95-100BP. I think once I get back up to 2000BP, and therefore my e-penis is sufficiently long, I'm just going to play player matches. To be honest I prefer playing the same guy because you get a feel for their play-style. And they're less likely to rage-quit and send you abuse.

Yeah, definitely. Had a great 20+ round go with a Guile a week or so back. He kicked my ass 75% of the time, but it was always a close match and by the 17th or 18th match we had worn out each other pretty well and started opting for random characters until we quit.
