    there was absolutely nothing wrong with the theme.

    it does seem like we need longer than the time we had to make a proper source map. i was thinking about a 24 hour or 7 day mapwar... thoughts?

    24 hour is pretty long time considering at least some ppl have rl as well.

    anyway a week is to long, because most of the people got a bad timemanagement and finally most are out because of that, so i suggest about 5- 10 hours for the mapwar.

    I also think we should use a more specified theme, because otherwise the final results can be to different to be compared.

    Actually thats what I love about this.. everyone interprets the theme differently and you get creative, sometimes crazy maps.

    ...which is also the point. everyone can model something from a photo or other references, but with a bit of creativity you can get so much more variety. it's not about winning... it's about making/playing

    I already thought 2.5 hours was too long, especially when it takes - what, a minute to compile and see it in-game? *shrug*

    sorry guys, i've been on holidays (and still am) until a time in the near future. i'll see about organizing something when i get back home. should be in a couple of days if everything goes right (read: i don't miss any planes).
