I stopped reading CTRL+ALT+DEL long time ago. A few months ago I heard that the girl got pregnant and had a miscarriage...now that's a funny videogame related comic!

I actually like these story arcs, they are what distinguishes CAD from other comics. It makes the characters more real, they actually have a life, different personalities and back stories. There are still some funny story arcs every now and then, but i think this is a nice brake from the "3 panel joke" that very comic since penny arcade uses, he mixes serious business with retarded jokes, and in my opinion that makes it much superior to all the other comics.

I think Tim is trying to make it not just a game comic, but a comic about a gamers life, and gamers eventually get married and have kids, it's all part of real life. With this i think he creates a nice foundation to make the comic evolve, rather than stagnate, like for example penny arcade which is getting really boring pretty fast in my opinion.

i never liked either CAD or PA, but then again why settle for less when you have a comic like http://www.achewood.com? in fact, this comic is so good that it doesn't need you people. it doesn't care about you. but you need it. read a couple of the story arcs and you'll see why. absolutely sublime from start to finish.

Very poor. If I want serious drama I'll read an actual comic drama, not one that's meant to be funny and about games.

I like PA because it's up to date and spot on sooo many times on game related topics. If I wanted social drama I would watch a sitcom.

CAD makes me want to kill myself.

What the videos of Mirror's Edge online. There's view sway and movement, especially when you attack people or jump, and when you land from jumps you roll... even watching a small video instead of it on a TV, especially on the rolls, made me a bit queasy. The gag is that it's giving him motion sickness, with that weak humor backed up by an extreme vomiting scene, which always goes over well.

double irony: that exact penny arcade joke could have been done with 3 panels

cad was the only webcomic to talk positively (or at all ) about "fragile alliance" so i am kinda inclined to like it but really i never read it unless somebody send me a link ...
