Those of you that have finished it, how long did it take you?
Deus Ex 3

31 hours for me. Read every single log or email I could find, so I took my time

-
GOTY - but it's only September

-
There's Uncharted 3 yet mother fuckers.

This does look to be a truly sublime game, though. Have to get this once I have the money.

-
17 hours, hard, didn't read any of the emails/books/pockets but did explore everything basically.
-
32 hours for me, I didn't read everything, but the majority of the stuff I did. I also hacked almost all the computers I could find.
-
Btw, here's a list of the secret trophies for those who finished the game and want to get them:

Interesting, hidden achievements, started to wonder.
QuoteI got "Lucky Guess" by using one of those pre-order automatic hacking devices.
-
Hidden achievements are quite annoying, as its hard to get them all first time around without knowing what they are, i do wish games wouldn't do it...they could just title them in such a way as for them not to spoil anything story-wise. I ended my first run with about 31 out of 49 and now i have 41 on my second, going for the full set. This is a good guide to follow by the way for second run throughs/e-book collection:

Be warned though they have e-books 22 and 23 (in the Picus area) backwards. I didn't realise this until i collected the first and travelled down the furnicular, only to be stuck at the bottom with no recent saves. I had to load a save that was an hour and a half old and re-play the Medical lab levels for the third time.
-
Picked this up yesterday for £20. Hope it's as awesome as everybody says it is, having barely played the previous games.
-
The point of hidden achievement, is to hide story spoilers, since you generally look at the achievements list when starting the game, it would be very easy to find major spoilers on there.
-
I know, that's why i said this:
Quotecould just title them in such a way as for them not to spoil anything story-wise.
-
Except most hidden achievements in this game have nothing to do with the story. They're all side missions related, and some are totally random and never needed to be hidden (
Quotescoring on the basketball court for instance
)
Zyndrome, the one you are referring to can be had
Quoteby entering the code 0000 on a specific side quest in your second visit to Detroit, when helping your former SWAT mate with a lunatic in the sewers. Disarm his bombs with that code and you'll get it

Hey Dan, awesome picture in the credits man!
Finished in 21 hours. Good game overall. I loved the
QuoteTRUTH ending the most out of the 4
AI was pretty meh in the game compared to other stealth/combat games. But I guess its not really about the ai as much as everything else.
-
Everyone else has finished the game, while I'm just leaving for china!

As you can see I spent a lot of time exploring and hoarding loot and cash. When I arrived in hensha, I kept getting lost (didn't want to check the map), trying to find the Limb Clinic, got turned around, ended up in a dead end alley, jumped the fence, got +300xp pathfinder bonus, then immediately fell in an open sewer manhole and died. -
In case you missed this little poster in Pritchards office

-
Lol, XXVII is so old, XXVIII is the new shit Adam!
-
That doesn't make any sense, why would the character block out the logo?

Yeah that's completely novel to me too: http://www.google.com/search?q=playboy+ ... 80&bih=878
