Excellent work Vivi, as usual! Can't wait to see this finished

That looks absolutely horrible... :X
That screenshot isn't very flatering but using overlays to create light falloff can be a nice touch. I usually make mine more transparent and match the gradient colour to that of the light source. For dusty windows I'd use the alpha chanel to reduce the opacity of the effect and diffuse/feather all the edges.

Presently, your map looks absolutely awesome!! But I dislike the outside lamps... I think you could have some better
.More screenshots!

-
hahah weird ... in that last shot it appears that the low lod is showing... i must be far enough away or something...
but yeah when I'm done setting up some different stuff in the scene I will make a model for the lamps and stop using the cs_office ones..
-
If I were you, I'd disable shadow of the wheel thing in the second screenshot of last set. It looks a bit odd.

Otherwise it looks really great, and I like the outside lamps, they're pretty unusual.
-
Vivi - I love your work
But can I just say that I think those washing machines look a tad ridiculous.
-
@shacky - yeah I forgot to do that before I did that compile. heh
Tarky - which ones? the ones on the wall or the ones in the middle of the room?
-
The ones on the walls.
I don't know - when I first looked at them it didnt occur to me that they were washing machines.
-
lamps gotta go
-
Nah those lamps give it a Unique Touch, aside that I really like how it came from an Ugly ass Orange map, to a sexy one. Only you have the magic Vivi.
-
wow! I love the brushwork. Very meticulous.
